Tascinante he city of Amsterdam couldn’t be less fascinating, it has a lot of attractions for who wants to visit it. Even though it is small, it is the capital city of Netherlands. It has a great history to be told all around, the people are kind and the weather is very nice.

There is diversity in every single place you visit and the attraction that is the most searched by tourists is the famous boat tours. So, is taking the boat tours around the canals of Amsterdam worthwhile? Yes, that tour is absolutely essential for who dreams about visiting the city, you can’t miss that opportunity.

As the city is surrounded by river canals, as well as the boat tours, some local residents live inside boats anchored in riverbeds and it’s one of the most used means of transportation by the population. The tour is marvelous, no matter what time you take it, during the daytime or in the evening. It’s very beautiful, once it’s possible to gaze out the landscape, tasting some kinds of cheese, drinking good wine and, thus, learning about the city and its history.

Some companies have the option to use the boats all day long, with a lot of stopovers to get off like a taxi. One of them is Canal Bus and there’re also, among others, Lovers and Blue Boat. For who desires to experience nights on the boat, Ebooking has many options. It’s very sought after, as they are too close to touristic attractions, and you end up saving with transportation.

Sure, you still have all of the touristic attractions to visit in land and, the best part, you can do it on foot. As the city is small, walking can allow you to go to a lot of famous places in a practical and cheap way.
A tip: Wear comfortable footwears because there’s always one more place that you want to visit. LOL!

We also visited Icebar, such a fun place! The admission fee is 20 euros each person, and it provides 3 drinks, one at the main bar and another harder drink at the ice bar, served in ice-made glasses. There, you can find ice sculptures and the temperature reaches -10 degrees Celsius, but take easy because they provide sweaters and gloves. Here’s the link of the place: https://www.xtracold.com

Heineken Experience, who never had or never heard about it? So, we visited the first brewery, originally from 1867. The place was the company headquarters until 1988. It’s an amazing visit! Mainly for who enjoys beer and interactive experiences. It also has beer tasting and there is a thematic environment in the building terrace, with game rooms, photos, cinema 3D, souvenir stores.
